The Cold Springs Family center is a safe and engaging place for children to come before & after school as well as during holidays and over the summer. Our environment, with consistent staff supervision, provides homework help (school year), a nutritious snack, fitness activities, and the opportunity for fun, games and socialization.

SUMMER DAY CAMP 2023

Youth entering 1st – 6th grade

Monday – Friday: 6:00am – 6:30pm

June 19th – August  11th

                ARTS* SPORTS* GAMES* WATER PLAY* SCIENCE * PARK VISITS * HIKES

      Each week has its own theme and is packed with games, crafts, water play, outdoor activities!

Approximately 3 field trips off-site are being planned and included but otherwise, we are in Cold Springs!

Register Information:

• $15 summer day camp registration/activity fee

  • includes 1 t-shirt

  • Additional T-Shirts $8 each

  • Youth sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL              Adult Sizes: S, M, L, XL

• Register for one or all weeks

• A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot for each week and applies to that week’s payment.

• Balance is due the Friday prior to the week of camp

• 20% Second child discount

Summer Membership Pass

• $75 Special Price for a Family “gym” membership

• Membership valid (6/19/23 – 8/11/23)

• Get the discounted membership rate for Summer Day Camp (saves $10 per week)

Need Care before 6 am?  Early Care is available for an additional charge.

Registration fees and deposits are non-refundable. Additional fees, such as late pickup fees, may be applied when applicable. Financial Assistance: Limited Financial Assistance maybe available to those who qualify. Please allow 2 weeks to process.

Tuesday:        Walks (~10am)**, Games, Activities

Wednesday:   Activities, Park, Arts/Crafts, Science,  Water Play

Thursday:       Walks (~10 am-1pm)**, Games, Activities

Friday:   Water Play/Park (~11 am-2pm), Arts/Crafts, Games

*Hikes, Park, Water Play, and Outside Play maybe changed due to weather and directives

**Please wear your Day Camp T-Shirt on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Daily Checklist: Please bring each day:

-Lunch, but please, no peanut products – outdoor friendly – no refrigeration or microwave available

- Water Bottle

-Weather appropriate attire: hat, sunglasses, jackets

-Shoes we can play in (sneakers, sturdy shoes)

-Sunblock or please apply prior to camp

-For Water play – towel, water play clothes

NOW ENROLLING!! Before & After School Program- School Year 2023-2024

The Family Center is excited to be offering care to all three schools in Cold Springs: Nancy Gomes & Michael Inskeep Elementary  Schools and Cold Springs Middle School

Through our partnership with Cold Springs Valley Church, they will be providing transportation to and from Nancy Gomes and Michael Inskeep.

                    Before & After School Care                      Ages:        K-6th Grade                     

                  When:      Monday – Friday Before Care : 6am* start    (Early Care starting at either 5:15 or 5:30am available for an extra fee);  After Care: School Dismissal-6:30pm

                                       All Day Programs: 6am*-6:30pm

Rate Options:  Monthly Membership Bundle     OR   Weekly Member/Non Member

Additional Information

Care offered for early dismissal and late start.

CSMS: Students walk to and from the center to school.

Nancy Gomes & Inskeep: Youth will be bused to and from by Cold Springs Valley Church

There is a $35 registration fee per child due at registration.

To hold your spot for August of 2023 – complete the enrollment paperwork and pay your $35 registration fee.

Fees will start in August based on your enrollment.

School Schedule: Our rates and current schedule is based on the projection that children will be going to school starting August 14th (kindergarteners on 8/21).

Bundle Rate Options: Starting August 2023

The Bundle:  Includes Before & After School care 5 days per week  and includes a FREE Full Family Membership!

It’s the same price for the full year (the year schedule begins with school year start Aug. 2023-July 2024)

Must register by March 1st or additional fees may be assessed

 The BUNDLE offers a reduced rate on all programs versus paying separately for 5 Days Before & After School Care and vacation care.

Bundle Benefits:  No orientation to attend * No Membership Initiation Fee *Before & After School included as well as vacation care *Same monthly payment for consistent budgeting*

Center Membership includes:  A FULL Family Membership with Child Watch Services *Access to group fitness classes*Use of our state of the art wellness center & equipment*Game Room, basketball court, & climbing wall.

Holiday/Vacation/Summer:  For Holiday/Summer programs, the bundle includes it all!

The Bundle requires payment by auto deduction and a 30 day cancellation notice.

*During all day programs, a full-day fee is applied regardless of attendance. There is no AM or PM only.
