The Cold Springs Family center is a safe and engaging place for children to come before & after school as well as during holidays and over the summer. Our environment, with consistent staff supervision, provides homework help (school year), a nutritious snack, fitness activities, and the opportunity for fun, games and socialization.

      Each week has its own theme and is packed with super fun games, crafts, water play, outdoor activities and more!

Approximately 3 field trips off-site are being planned and included but otherwise, we are in Cold Springs!

Register Information:

  • $15 Registration/Activity fee due at resistration

  • A $10 non-refundable deposit per week is required to reserve your spot. This will be applied to the upcoming week’s balance.

  • The balance for each week is due the Friday prior to the week of camp attendance by 6:30pm. A $10 late fee and possible loss of space will occur if not received by due date/time.

  • 10% discount for additional child(ren).

Summer Gym Membership Pass

  • Special summer only offer

  • $90 Special Price for a Family Gym Membership

  • Membership valid (6/99/25 – 8/8/25)

  • This covers a gym membership only, not the cost of camp. However, you will receive the discounted member rate for Summer Camp (saves $10 per week)

  • You must register one or more children for the Summer Day Camp program to purchase a Summer Gym Membership Pass

Sample Weekly Schedule (*Subject to change)

  • 6am – 9am: Welcome! Free choice activity stations
  • 9am: Snack!
  • 9:30 – 11:30: Theme based arts, sports, and games
  • 11:30 – 1:00: Lunch and outdoor play
  • 1:00 – 4:00: Special guests, theme rotation stations, water play
  • 4:00 – 6:00: Free choice stations
    • Weekly activities include sports, games, arts & crafts, science, creative arts, water play, and more.
    • Special guests that bring their own talent & skills will share those with our day campers.
    • Each Friday, the schedule for the following week will be available with specific activities.
    • Please remember, activities & times are subject to change due to weather and other circumstances.

Daily Checklist – Please bring each day:

  • Water Bottle
  • Lunch: Please, No Peanut Products – Outdoor friendly only  (no refrigeration or microwave available)
  • Weather appropriate attire: hat, sunglasses, jackets
  • Shoes we can play in (closed toe & sturdy)
  • Sunblock or please apply prior to camp
  • For Water play days – towel, water play clothes
  • PLEASE MARK ALL ITEMS WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME

*Please leave all toys & electronics at home. Our program has a strict NO PHONE/PERSONAL TECHNOLOGY policy. Please call the Center if you need to speak with your child.*

NOW ENROLLING!! Before & After School Program- School Year 2024-2025

The Family Center is excited to be offering care to all three schools in Cold Springs: Nancy Gomes & Michael Inskeep Elementary  Schools and Cold Springs Middle School

Through our partnership with Cold Springs Valley Church, they will be providing transportation to and from Nancy Gomes and Michael Inskeep.

                    Before & After School Care                      Ages:        K-6th Grade                     

                  When:      Monday – Friday Before Care : 6am* start    (Early Care starting at either 5:15 or 5:30am available for an extra fee);  After Care: School Dismissal-6:30pm

                                       All Day Programs: 6am*-6:30pm

Rate Options:  Monthly Membership Bundle     OR   Weekly Member/Non Member

Additional Information

Care offered for early dismissal and late start.

CSMS: Students walk to and from the center to school.

Nancy Gomes & Inskeep: Youth will be bused to and from by Cold Springs Valley Church

There is a $35 registration fee per child due at registration.

To hold your spot for August of 2023 – complete the enrollment paperwork and pay your $35 registration fee.

Fees will start in August based on your enrollment.

School Schedule: Our rates and current schedule is based on the projection that children will be going to school starting August 14th (kindergarteners on 8/21).

Bundle Rate Options: Starting August 2023

The Bundle:  Includes Before & After School care 5 days per week  and includes a FREE Full Family Membership!

It’s the same price for the full year (the year schedule begins with school year start Aug. 2023-July 2024)

Must register by March 1st or additional fees may be assessed

 The BUNDLE offers a reduced rate on all programs versus paying separately for 5 Days Before & After School Care and vacation care.

Bundle Benefits:  No orientation to attend * No Membership Initiation Fee *Before & After School included as well as vacation care *Same monthly payment for consistent budgeting*

Center Membership includes:  A FULL Family Membership with Child Watch Services *Access to group fitness classes*Use of our state of the art wellness center & equipment*Game Room, basketball court, & climbing wall.

Holiday/Vacation/Summer:  For Holiday/Summer programs, the bundle includes it all!

The Bundle requires payment by auto deduction and a 30 day cancellation notice.
