PLEASE:
- STAY HEALTHY: If you don’t feel well, please stay home.
- BE CONSIDERATE: YOU play an important role in helping us to be clean and safe! Please follow our guidelines.
- BRING YOUR OWN SUPPLIES: Bring a towel, mat, water bottle and other equipment you may need for your work-out or class. We will not have towel service.
- CLEAN: Wipe Down equipment before and after each use. You will be given your own disinfectant bottle and clean cloth to use throughout your work-out.
Membership Information:
Your membership with the Family Center supports our community. As a non-profit operated through Lifestyle Homes Foundation, we also offer community events, financial assistance, senior food banks, host blood drives, partner with the Washoe County Library System, and more. Our center includes cardio & strength training equipment as well activities for youth and adults. You will save time and money with a membership to the Cold Springs Family Center by staying local.

Free Weekend Preview!
Join us the first weekend of every month for a free trial. Join a class, try out the equipment or shoot a few hoops in the basketball court.
(As this is a free trial, one weekend visit per person please)

Monthly Rates:
Youth Basketball/Pickleball Membership: Looking for something for your 12-14 year old to do to stay busy?
We have an option for youth ages 12-14 to utilize the center (excludes fitness equipment and classes) with our Youth Basketball/Pickleball Membership
Youth Basketball/Pickleball ONLY Membership: $25 per month – no Initiation Fee (Ages 12-14):
Youth Basketball/Pickleball Only membership allows youth to enter (without someone 15+) to play basketball or use the pickleball court. It does not include access to the fitness equipment or group exercise classes as they still need to be with someone 15 yrs old and up for these activities. A permission slip must be on file prior to attendance. This benefit is also included in Family Memberships. Youth can also play basketball or pickleball for a $3 drop-in fee, but they must have that permission slip on file if they are under 15 years old.
Volunteer for Your Membership!
Each youth (15-18 years old) who volunteers 5 hours within 30 days, will get their membership for free during that time! Please call the center at 775-657-6388 for more details.
Just want to take our classes? We have a few options for you.
CSFC Class Pass! A class pass is just $70 and you get 10 group exercise classes of your choice. This is a savings of $30 from the drop-in rate of $10 per class. It does expire after 6 months, but we know you will have so much fun that you will use it up by then! A Class Pass does NOT include child watch or free use of the facility equipment; it is for classes only.
Drop-In Rates: We welcome drop-ins if you just want to shoot some hoops or work out for the day. The following rates apply:
Classes & Full Center Daily Drop-in rate:
Adults: $10 With a member $5
Youth: $5
Basketball Court only:
Adult $5
Youth $3
Child Watch/Game Room:
$3 Per hour, per child
Limited Financial Assistance is offered for those who have barriers to the normal monthly rate. Assistance is granted in a sliding fee scale with the amount of assistance varying depending on each situation. A confidential application and documents verifying income and expenses is required. Please contact the Family Center membership team directly for more information.
